I just purchased the 2016 MBP 15\" with Touch Bar and upgraded to the latest OS (Sierra 10.12.6). To my dismay, neither of my MIDI controllers (Roland A-800 PRO & M-Audio Keyrig 49) are recognized; they work fine on my 2011 MBP. I tried the latest drivers, workarounds, forums, but nothing works. They aren't showing up in any DAW, they aren't showing up in MIDI Studio setup in Utilities. It's so frustrating! Any help would be greatly GREATLY appreciated.
Second - open up audio midi setup and in a the drop down on the midi devices page select new configuration. This will rescan your system. If it doesn't show up in audio midi - then it is a driver or OS issue
If the driver listed is not the right version or operating system, search our driver archive for the correct version. Enter M-Audio Oxygen8 into the search box above and then submit. In the results, choose the best match for your PC and operating system.
Once you have downloaded your new driver, you'll need to install it. In Windows, use a built-in utility called Device Manager, which allows you to see all of the devices recognized by your system, and the drivers associated with them. 153554b96e
